Terms of Service

OneBrain, by Apex Labs · Last updated 31 August 2026

The service

OneBrain provides a shared organizational memory: it ingests content your organization connects or submits, extracts knowledge from it, and makes that knowledge available to members of the organization. It is offered on a consumption basis: subscription plans grant prepaid processing credit, drawn down as processing happens.

Your account and organization

You sign in with your work Google account; everyone signing in from the same email domain shares one organization and its memory. Connect only sources your organization is entitled to share, and use the service only in ways that are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Your data

Your organization's content remains yours. You grant Apex Labs the rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and displaying the content to your organization). Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Early-access learning period

OneBrain is an early-stage product. Especially during an organization's first period of use, extraction and recall are in a learning-and-adapting mode and may misclassify or miss content; accuracy improves with use and feedback. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly and include a prepaid processing allowance that rolls over while the subscription is active. Processing stops when an organization's credit is exhausted and resumes when credit is added.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Labs' aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid by your organization in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Questions: or@apxlbz.com.
